THAI TRADITIONAL MASSAGE

Traditional Thai massage is the manual medicine branch of 2500 years of traditional Thai medicine. It combines elements of yoga, shiatsu and acupressure, working with the energy pathways of the body and the therapy points that are located along these lines.

THAI FOOT MASSAGE (REFEXOLOGY)

Thai Foot Massage is a massage of the feet and legs that involves stretching and massage to clear energy lines. It can also be performed with the use of a stick to stimulate the reflex points on the feet that correspond to the internal organs of the body. Knowledge of massage in Thailand has been handed down over generations, and it is still taught by Buddhist monks in the temples of Thailand

THAI HERBAL MASSAGE

Thai massage can help with all the systems in the body allowing whole body healing. The herbal compress promotes further healing as the typical selection of Thai herbs offer many healing properties to the mind body and soul. Together the Thai yoga massage and the herbal compress promote healing in many ways:

INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE (REIKI)

Indian head massage helps increase joint mobility and flexibility in the neck and shoulders, improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow, frees knots of muscular tension, relaxes connective tissue, and aids in the elimination of accumulated toxins and waste products. It is particularly good for reducing the effects of stress and tension.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Hot stone therapy is a highly detoxifying type of massage. The stones themselves actually become the tools that you use, and the heat helps to relax the muscles and assimilate the circulation, allowing the toxins to come up to the surface of the skin. At the same time, we incorporate a Thai massage technique that can help to release the muscle even further, because of the heat.
